Ordering is simple, just drop us a line or call to confirm that the piece you want is still in stock. We will be happy to reserve it for you until we receive your payment. Generally orders must be paid for in advance, however in some cases COD delivery is possible.

Goods damaged in shipment must be returned within ten day of receipt. Please contact us at once if there is a problem with your order.

Because Artport Berlin commissions each piece we sell directly from the artist who does the carving, it is possible to have a piece specially made to exactly meet a client’s special wishes. Please contact us to discuss your dream project. Delivery times are generally around two months from the order date.
